I was in the store yesterday with my daughter and her friend looking for prom dresses.
I just wanted to extend my thanks to Vicki and the other lady (sorry i cant remember her name) for the service we received. They were both lovely, patient, polite knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The other lady even took a picture of the girls outside the store as they grinned like Cheshire cats clutching their Catherine’s of Partick bags.
We visited another prom dress shop yesterday and were less than impressed with the staff so back to Catherine’s we came. Even although Eve and Hannah had tried their favourite dress on a few times they allowed them to try again even although closing time was approaching. So a HUGE thank you from two thrilled teenagers and two very relieved and impressed mothers.
