Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their choice of outfit for their special occasion, therefore we offer a 28 day exchange policy from the date of your original purchase*. Proof of purchase may be required.

*All sale items are non returnable.

Exchanges can only be carried out Monday-Friday and we will only exchange an item once.

Refunds are only applicable if your item does not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, personalised and altered items or items that have been ordered into store.

All deposits are non-refundable. (excluding appointment deposits)
