I wanted to send this to thank Louise for her warm and personal service. I am the lady from Durham who had been let down by her supplier for her wedding shoes. You were so helpful, you sent me photographs of alternative shoes and handbags. We were about to make the trip to see you when my original shoes, out of the blue, turned up.
