Just wanted to drop you a note to say that my dress arrived last Friday in perfect condition.
The size 12 is a perfect fit and I am so pleased that I was not persuaded by the previous retailer to have the size 14 altered or to go for an alternative dress which it was obvious did not suit me so well.
Thank you so much for coming to my rescue when my daughter called (from London) to enquire whether you had my perfect dress in stock.
From the very start, everyone at Catherines was very helpful. Thank you to Jackie who took the original call on what must have been a busy Saturday and dealt with my subsequent phone calls. From start to finish Catherines have been friendly and professional, and I would happily recommend them to any mother of the bride who is looking for help in finding THE DRESS. I can’t wait to wear my dress in December and my daughter is so impressed that I have already bought my outfit!!
I’m sorry I haven’t been able to meet you all, but maybe I’ll pay you a visit if I don’t find the shoes and handbag in the next few months.
