We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their choice of outfit for their special occasion, therefore we offer a 28 day exchange policy from the date of your original purchase*. Proof of purchase may be required.

  • All sale items are non returnable.
  • Exchanges can only be carried out Monday-Friday and we will only exchange an item once.
  • Refunds are only applicable if your item does not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, personalised and altered items or items that have been ordered into store.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. (excluding appointment deposits)

You can bring up to 3 guests to your appointment. 
If you can make it Monday to Friday then you will find that it is a quieter/more relaxed shopping experience. We also have an alteration service available on these days meaning you can save yourself another visit by getting your fitting on the same day.

NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS:

Please note...

A £25 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is payable at the point of booking. 

This will be refunded when you attend your appointment.

A 48 hour notice period is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Failure to do so will result in the refund of your deposit being withheld.

You can cancel/reschedule by calling us instore or by email if the shop is closed.

If your booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment time it will be non refundable should you cancel.
