You can bring up to 2 guests to your appointment unless stated below
Monday – Thursday – you can bring up to 3 guests to your appointment.
A £25 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is payable at the point of booking. This will be refunded when you attend your appointment*
*A 48 hour notice period is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment and failure to do so will result in the refund of your deposit being withheld. You can cancel/reschedule by calling us instore or by email if the shop is closed.
If your booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment time it will be non refundable should you cancel.
If you can make it Monday to Friday then you will find that it is a quieter/more relaxed shopping experience. We also have an alteration service avilable on these days meaning you can save yourself another visit by getting your fitting on the same day.
