You may bring up to 2 guests with you to your appointment . If you wish to bring 3 guests then please see the list of weekend dates below where we can facilitate this.

If it is a weekday you are looking for then please call the shop to see if we can accomodate you.
A £25 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is payable at the point of booking. This will be refunded when you attend your appointment*.
*A 48 hour notice period is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment and failure to do so will result in the refund of your deposit being withheld. You can cancel/reschedule by calling us instore or by email if the shop is closed.
If your booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment time it will be non refundable should you cancel.
If you can make it Monday to Friday then you will find that it is a quieter/more relaxed shopping experience. We also have an alteration service avilable on these days meaning you can save yourself another visit by getting your fitting on the same day.

Monday – Friday – 9:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday – 9:00am – 5:30pm
Sunday – CLOSED
We will have hand sanitisers, gloves and face masks available for all customers.
We will also be cleaning surfaces thoroughly throughout the day.
Any clothing that has been tried on will be steamed and quarantined for a period of time and between appointments changing rooms will be sanitized and cleaned appropriately.
We will also be ensuring any equipment such as card machines are cleaned between each use.
To help you with the decision making process you will be able to access our Wi-Fi and use video and social media to show your friends and family.
At this time we will be unable to offer an alteration service. This is in line with government guidelines. As soon as we are able to we will resume this service.
