Dear Catherines I visited the shop on 24/8 with just 4 weeks notice for a mother of the groom outfit to find. I came in with an idea of what I was looking for but as I am disabled and suffer from a no. of chronic illnesses I did ask for help. Claire assigned both Sarah and Irene to help me. These girls more than did their jobs that day. I was in the store from 12 until 4pm. During that time they looked for dresses, made suggestions, most importantly helped me dress and undress (due to my physical limitations). As it happened they persuaded me to try on two outfits which I would never have considered in a million ears both in colours and styles. They could not have done more for me that my own daughter!! Katriona, your alterationist, was also great, even in a pinned state the dresses looked even more fabulous. A great big thank you to all but particularly Sarah and Irene - gold stars girls!

Dear Eleanor, Your patience was much appreciated and your very helpful manner and sunny nature made it an enjoyable experience. As you know, this is my second purchase from Catherine’s and I will have no hesitation in returning on the future, should the need arise!
I would just like to say thank you for the kindness of your staff and especialy that of Val, who was so understanding of my needs in choosing the right outfit for my daughters wedding and that l wanted to look like the 'Yummy mummy' that l am, but l wanted sophistication and elegance rolled into one. l had been struggling to look for an outfit for such a long time around the areas of Cheshire/Manchester/Chester, l was losing the plot in ever finding the right outfit! l was determined to make your shop a must on our urgent errand up to Scotland to visit a poorly relative and l was extremely pleased with the service and expertise from this particular member of your team and wanted to say a very big thank you. Often nowadays people are very quick to criticise and complain and very few give praise and thanks. That is why I’m sending this wee card to thank the staff of Catherines of Partick for all their help in choosing the right outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Dear Madame, My daughter and I were in your shop last week to choose a dress for her upcoming Prom. We were served by a lady called Eleanor and I would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You” to her for her courtesy and good humour throughout. All too often nowadays assistants in shops seem to think service is a dirty word and equates with servant and it is beneath their dignity to offer it. It was a pleasant surprise to find it not so in Eleanor’s case. She made what could have been an onerous (shopping with a teenage daughter) task an enjoyable one thus increasing my daughter’s enjoyment of her dress, shoes and bag. I would just like to say thank you for making my experience of choosing a Mother of the Bridegroom outfit a memorable one. I visted the shop on Wednesday 8th March with my sister-in-law, I was Mother of the Bridegroom and my sister-in-law was Mother of the Bride (different weddings) and we had a wonderful time, you guided me to choosing a fabulous Lavender outfit with stunning hat, shoes, handbag and jewelery. I am usually quite indesisive and was very please to have found the perferct outfit so quickly, I found the whole experience quite emotional. The shop is just everything a Mother could wish for with a great website, I have passed your name and card to the Brides mum telling her you will remember me as the lady who forgot pin number and her sister-in-law paid for both outfits. Thank you very much to all the staff for all your help and attention from my mother and I with our outfits for my brother's wedding which was held at 'Solsgirth House' by Dollar on Wed 20th August. It was a wonderful day and we both felt a million dollars, the housekeeper told my mother we were ''classy'' compared to the other guests!.
